My tip for making keikis is let the orchid dry and Don’t  watering or fertilizing to make the orchid feel to die then it  will do something to survive. This is a nature of plants including orchid too.

Nawr,I already cut all keikis off and plant in new pots.

But this tip can make your mother plant look shabby or die. Felly,, you should to immediatly care the mother plant after cut  keikis off and fertilize it by use fertilizer 21-21-21 support  it make new growths and leaves.
